Refund policy

  • We are extremely confident you will love our products, however, if you do not find Aeroo suitable for you, we do offer a 30-day free returns policy. You may be responsible for return postage costs.
  • Our returns are free and you will not be charged any handling costs.
  • The product being returned must be in a new and unused condition. 
  • If your returned item arrives with signs of use, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
  • If you need to return your Aeroo product, please email support@aeroodrones.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason you would like to return it.
  • Our customer service team will then ask you a couple of mandatory questions regarding your return item. 
  • We will provide you with return information to deliver the product to the closest warehouse to you.
  • Once we receive the product in new and re-saleable condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less postage cost.
  • You’ll be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@aeroodrones.com
